As a dually licensed Doctor of Occupational Therapy (U.S. & Canada) with an MBA, my mission is to make sexuality and intimacy a confident, empowered, and functional part of daily living. Dr. Fay's approach blends clinical science, emotional intelligence, and modern education to help individuals, professionals, and organizations embrace sexual wellness as a vital dimension of health and human connection.

For over a decade, Dr. Fay has worked with diverse clinical populations across the lifespan from pediatrics to geriatrics, from neurorehabilitation to women’s health, supporting clients from a wide range of cultural, social, and physical backgrounds. This diversity has shaped her clinical lens and reinforced a core belief: that every individual deserves access to care that recognizes sexuality, identity, and self-expression as essential components of well-being.

In my leadership roles, including serving as Clinical Director of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that Dr. Fay has built and led. She has developed programs that integrated holistic clinical excellence with compassionate, person-centered care. Dr. Fay has trained teams, implemented innovative wellness frameworks, and guided clinician colleagues to approach the body and mind as interconnected systems. These experiences have allowed her to bridge clinical structure with heartfelt empathy, a balance that defines Dr. Fay's practice and teaching.
